I’m Brad aka “Ty”, a Penn State alum who loves everything about Happy Valley. My wife Laurie and I designed this home for comfort, convenience, and a sense of community, whether you’re here for a game, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway. Our nephew Michael is your go-to concierge and can point you to the best things to do.
