Meet Your Host
I’m Ty, a Penn State alum who loves everything about Happy Valley. My wife Laurie and I designed this home for comfort, convenience, and a sense of community, whether you’re here for a game, a campus visit, or a weekend getaway. Our nephew Michael is your go-to concierge and can point you to the best things to do. I’m also a co-owner of Campus Steaks, so let us know if you’d like a 20% guest discount (don’t skip the chicken cheesesteak!). Laurie and I usually stay in one of the suites and are happy to help if you need anything.
